Registering to Bid:
Only registered bidders may participate in our online auctions. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Failure to provide full, accurate, honest, verifiable information when registering may prevent you from receiving a bidding number and/or having your bidding number suspended or revoked. All information boxes must be completed in the registration process with verifiable phone numbers and mailing addresses by using a Google Search, if necessary.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, HOW IS!! Please inspect all items before bidding and/or email with questions.

Final winning Proxy Bidders will receive an email invoice shortly after our LIVE auction conclusion - IF YOU DON'T CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER or CALL 715-526-9769. Bidders present at our "Live" auction event have the opportunity to out-bid your online proxy bid. You will not be notified if your online proxy bid is out-bid during our "Live" auction and not the winning bid at the time/close of the "Live" auction event. You also will not have the opportunity to increase your bid after the online proxy bid closes. You will only be notified if your online proxy bid is the winning bid after the conclusion of our "Live" auction event located at our Auction Hall, Shawano, WI. Auctioneer has the final say of the sale during our "Live" auction event.

Payment Terms:
Full payment is required within 3 business days of auction's conclusion. Accepted payment methods: cash/currency, bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, money orders, bank wire transfers, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Novus/Discover, & American Express only!), or PayPal. PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS are NOT acceptable forms of payment. Full payment must be made and properly honored before item will be released to buyer. You may make final payment by mailing a certified check to Zurko Ent. Inc. or call for further assistance at 715-526-9769.
Removal Terms:
Items may be picked up at its present Wisconsin location, during normal business hours, after full payment has been made and successfully honored by buyer's bank. Items must be picked up and removed from its location within 10 days--or sooner--following the completion of the auction. It is the full responsibility of the buyer for all removal, dismantling and relocation costs.

Proxy Bid Ending Time:
Each item ends 24 hours prior to the start of the "live" auction held at Zurko's Auction Hall, 115 E. Division St., Shawano, WI 54166
Bidding Terms:
An On-Line/Internet Auction Buyers' Fee will be added to all high bids to determine the final selling price. Buyers' fee percentage is determined by actual amount of the final accepted high bid. (Please see below for applicable buyers' fee rates/amounts.) Wisconsin State sales tax of 5.5% will apply to winning proxy bidders that reside in Wisconsin. Submitting/making a bid is a legally binding contract which requires full compliance by bidders/buyers of all Zurko Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as full payment by the final highest bidder, plus buyers' fees, per the terms listed herein.
All Sales final, announcements made day of sale at our "Live" Auction Hall take prescedence over printed and internet material.
10% Buyers Premium added to each winning Online Proxy Bid item.
